Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev faces 64 months in prison after his release
Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev was released after serving nine months in a Dutch prison, but will still face a 64-month sentence, Internet reports. Pending the trial, Pertsev will remain under house arrest and subject to electronic surveillance. Co-developers Roman Storm and Roman Semenov also face legal action.
