China's AI solution provider AICT plans to float in Hong Kong, raising about US$200 million, South China Morning Post reported, quoting people familiar with the matter.

CITIC SEC (06030.HK) and CCBI are said to be the sponsors of the listing, while AICT's strategic investors include XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) and Gaorong Ventures. After listing in Hong Kong, AICT also intends to seek a listing in Shanghai.

According to the company's website, AICT is a provider of a series of high-precision AI products and solutions, including high-precision perception robots, body-intelligent robots, cloud-intelligent robots, and transportation intelligent unmanned vehicles.
