An emergency application emerged in the Ripple case, with the applicant claiming to have "decisive evidence"
Internet reports that encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett said: A strange document has just appeared in the U.S. SEC v. Ripple file-an urgent request "to provide decisive evidence in favor of the defendant and in favor of the American people." The author of the letter is Justin W. Keener, the letter did not specify what the so-called "decisive evidence" was or how it would benefit Ripple, but implied that it had to do with the physical investment contracts he had been collecting. Further investigation into Keener found that the US SEC recently filed a lawsuit against him on the grounds that he was an unregistered cheap stock trader, and the court had demanded more than $10 million from him.
