British man's appeal to retrieve 8000 bitcoins from a landfill has been rejected again, saying he will seek final relief through the International Bill of Human Rights

Internet reports that James Howells's appeal, who tried to retrieve 8000 Bitcoin private key hard drives from a British landfill, was again rejected, saying he would seek final relief through the International Bill of Human Rights. "The Royal Court of Appeal refused my request. The British unjust system is working again,"said the early Bitcoin holder, announcing that the next step would be to file a complaint with the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). The British judge believed that the case had "no realistic prospect of success" and that there were "no other compelling reasons" for a hearing. Howells will argue in ECHR that British courts violated his property rights and fair trial rights, saying,"The British authorities want to cover up this, but I will not let them succeed. "It is worth mentioning that the 8000 bitcoins are worth approximately US$660 million at current prices and were accidentally discarded in a landfill by their former partner in 2013.
