Slow fog CISO: Found Binance SMS phishing attack that can appear in official conversation threads
Online reports that Slow Fog Chief Information Security Officer@im23pds posted a warning on social media that there has been a recent SMS phishing attack against Binance users. The phishing text messages appear in the conversation thread of Binance's official SMS, appearing in the same context as the previous official SMS., sharing the same channel.@ IM23pds analysis said that the possible explanation is that the text message channel was used or hijacked by phishing people.
