This is Hong Kong's first large-scale artificial intelligence model and opens a new chapter in the development of artificial intelligence in Hong Kong. The person in charge of the Hong Kong Generative Artificial Intelligence R & D Center said that this is the industry's first large model based on DeepSeek's full parameter fine-tuning and continuous training.
