Online reports, according to CoinDesk, Bitcoin infrastructure development company Blockstream has opened a new R & D center in Lugano, Switzerland, to promote financial technology innovation on Bitcoin Liquid and Lightning Networks. The team said the center will provide resources, guidance and project funding to accelerate L2 technology innovation through collaboration with local start-ups and partners.
