Internet reports that encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on platform X saying that Paul Atkins's nomination for chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has been approved by the Senate (51-45), and the House is currently preparing to hold a final vote, possibly as early as tonight local time.
