Broadridge has announced the acquisition of AdvisorTarget with the aim of enhancing digital marketing, sales and engagement programmes for financial advisers.
Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. has announced the acquisition of AdvisorTarget, a provider of data products targeting asset management and wealth management companies, aimed at enhancing digital marketing, sales, and advisor engagement programs.
Offering global market intelligence
This acquisition will integrate AdvisorTarget's advisor insights into Broadridge's existing data and analytics products, helping asset management companies better target advisors and support their growth strategies.
Broadridge is a market intelligence provider for asset management companies, offering insights into retail and institutional fund distribution globally, sourced from proprietary business processes. It combines quantitative and qualitative datasets with consultancy solutions provided by industry experts, enabling asset management companies to make strategic decisions, allocate resources effectively, and accelerate growth.

Acquisition strengthens data capabilities
AdvisorTarget focuses on collecting advisor behavioral intent data to help asset management companies identify new advisor relationships, where purchase intent aligns with product strengths. DC Advisory served as the exclusive financial advisor to Broadridge in this transaction, while Broadhaven Capital Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to AdvisorTarget.
