David Sacks, White House director of AI and cryptocurrencies, posted a message saying,"In the past ten years, the federal government has sold approximately 195,000 bitcoins and generated US$366 million in revenue. If the government held these bitcoins, they would be worth more than $17 billion today. This is the price that no long-term strategy costs American taxpayers."
