The Securities and Exchange Commission confirms it is investigating Roblox
Internet reported that on February 8, Roblox(RBLX.N)x was under investigation by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. In a response letter on Friday, the committee said it could not share information related to staff and Roblox, citing it as it could affect ongoing law enforcement processes. The committee said it had confirmed with law enforcement staff that there were emails exchanged between law enforcement officers and Roblox and that the emails were part of an ongoing investigation.
