US SEC may reconsider its lawsuit against Consensus Sys MetaMask pledge service
According to online reports, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed that given the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s recent attention to the pledge business, the agency may revisit the lawsuit filed last year against Consensus Sys over its MetaMask pledge service. In addition, the SEC had previously accused CouncilSys of engaging in unregistered brokerage business, but the charge has now been dropped, similar to the one dismissed in Coinbase's lawsuit.
