Important Notes

  • Third-party deposits or withdrawals are not accepted; deposits and withdrawals must be made from a bank account in the name of the trading account holder.
  • Withdrawals must follow the "same method return" policy. For example, if you used UnionPay for the deposit, both principal and profits must be withdrawn via UnionPay. This policy applies to bank wire, Skrill, and cryptocurrency withdrawals.
  • If it’s not possible to return funds using the previous deposit method, the withdrawal will be processed via bank wire to a bank account in the name of the account holder.
  • For any deposits received via cryptocurrency, withdrawals can only be made via Tether or bank wire.
