To know exactly when a product is ready for trading, you can check the contract specifications on the ZFX website or within the trading platform. Foreign Exchange Products The foreign exchange market opens at 08:00 (22:00 GMT) on Monday in Sydney and closes at 17:00 (21:00 GMT) on Friday in New York. On the ZFX MT4 platform, we start the forex trading session at 22:05 GMT and end at 20:55 GMT, with a 10-minute interval between trading days. Most commodities, especially highly liquid commodities, are typically traded almost 24 hours a day, with a typical 1-hour break between trading days. Index Products We offer indices from all over the world, with very different trading hours. Some highly liquid indices can be traded almost 24 hours a day, some have long breaks, and others are only available for a few hours a day. Stocks We offer trading in shares of U.S. listed companies. The availability time of these products depends on the operating hours of the relevant stock exchange.
