CTRL 在 2023 年 3 月 31 日至 2024 年 3 月 29 日期间未能达到其最低有形资产净值（ NTA ）要求.它还违反了其他义务.

CTRL 在 FMA 询问有关其截至 2023 年 3 月 31 日的年度财务报表的延迟提交后，于 2023 年 10 月将 NTA 违规行为通知了 FMA.该违规行为是由一家海外电子货币机构 CTRL 倒闭造成的，该机构曾持有该公司的大量资产.

Provide the FMA with a plan of how the NTA levels would be replenished within 10 working days of discovering the breach
