The Internet reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) solicited public comment on a proposal to convert gray scale Litecoin trusts into exchange-traded products. In a filing filed Thursday, the Securities and Exchange Commission's representative Grayscale accepted the application filed by Arca on the New York Stock Exchange and required that the comments be filed within 21 days of publication in the Federal Register. The agency can decide to approve, veto or "file a lawsuit."
