Toyota today unveiled two upcoming new electric cars at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show。bZ3C and bZ3X will go on sale next year。
If you think the name bZ3 sounds familiar, then you are right。The bZ3 was originally a sedan equipped with a powertrain jointly developed by BYD and Toyota。It seems that this name has now been given to a new product line, all using jointly developed power systems。
The bZ3C is a production version of the bZ Sport crossover concept car shown at the Shanghai Auto Show last year。It is worth noting that there seems to be no change except that the side-view camera is replaced with a more traditional mirror and the acute angle of the lower lip in front is much smaller。The front face adopts a linked C-shaped light group, and the design of the bumper is very similar to that of Volkswagen。New Prius。
It's a crossover, like an electric C-HR。It is worth noting that the car is equipped with lidar and hidden door handles。Low-drag wheels and a smooth tail line add to the youthful look。There is a rather prominent spoiler lip at the back, and the brake lights sweep the rear baffle。
