Bitfarms and Macquarie Group reach a preliminary $300 million private debt financing agreement "
Online reports that according to official sources, Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms announced that it has reached a preliminary private debt financing agreement with Macquarie Group to fund the initial HPC project development in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania. The initial financing amount is US$50 million, and the maximum withdrawable amount is US$300 million after the final documents are signed. It is expected that Macquarie Group will provide funds for the initial construction of the Panther Creek data center in a non-dilutive manner.
