More than 1,200 cryptocurrency ATMs were rolled off production in the United States in early March "

Internet reports that more than 1,200 cryptocurrency ATMs were mysteriously offline in the United States in the first week of March. On February 25, Illinois Senator Dick Durbin proposed legislation to crack down on fraud at U.S. cryptocurrency ATMs. As of March 3, the United States had 29,731 cryptocurrency ATMs, accounting for 79.9% of all cryptocurrency ATMs in the world. Canada and Australia are next, with 3,085 ATMs (8.3%) and 1,467 ATMs (3.9%) respectively. Durbin's proposed legislation would require cryptocurrency ATM operators to warn users about fraud to prevent fraud. In addition, it will take measures to minimize financial losses and provide law enforcement with tools to track illegal transactions.
