According to online reports, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman issued a statement saying that OpenAI now opens the image generation (imagegen) function to API users, supports customized output quality, speed, background and format, and can adjust the sensitivity of content review through the "moderation" parameter. In addition, the rate limit for ChatGPT Plus users on o3 and o4-mini-high models has doubled.
