On April 2, it was reported that a South Korean man in his 40s was facing a fine of 1.5 million won (approximately US$1023) for breaking into the residence of the CEO of bankrupt crypto lending platform Delio and beating him. The Seoul court has not yet ruled on the case, but prosecutors have proposed fines. It is reported that the man involved is Delio's largest creditor, who hosted 97 bitcoins and 190 Ethereum on the platform.
