Internet reports that the State Investment Agency directly under the President of Kyrgyzstan signed a memorandum of understanding with Binance founder CZ. According to the memorandum, the two sides plan to jointly promote the development of the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology ecosystem in the Kyrgyz Republic. This includes providing infrastructure support, technical support, professional consulting services on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and implementing relevant education programs. CZ said,"I have formally or informally provided advice to multiple countries to help develop regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies, promote the use of blockchain in improving government efficiency, and expand blockchain into more areas beyond transactions. I think this work is very meaningful."
