Online reports that Sol Strategies, a Canadian listed company, issued an announcement revealing that between January 19, 2025 and January 31, 2025, the company invested approximately $14,337,332.(US$9,935,329) completes the purchase of an additional 40,300 SOL units, with an average price of C$355.77 (US$246.53) per SOL unit, including fees and expenses. The company also completed a $2.5 million second private placement of convertible bonds, with total proceeds met by paying 6,564.47 SOLs, with an average price of C$380.84 (US$265.65) per SOL. As of January 31, 2025, Sol Strategies and its subsidiaries held a total of approximately 189,968 SOL units, with a total purchase price of approximately C$48.7 million. The average purchase price per SOL unit is approximately C$256.21. Fees and expenses are included. Based on the closing price of SOL on January 31, 2025, its value is C$63.7 million.
