The Musk v. OpenAI case will start next spring "

According to online reports, according to Sina Finance, on Friday local time, a US federal judge ruled that a jury trial in Musk's case against artificial intelligence company OpenAI will be launched in the spring of 2026. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez-Rogers of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California, who presided over the case, last month rejected Musk's request to suspend OpenAI's transformation into a for-profit model and proposed speeding up the trial process.
