BYD launches Seal 07 DM-i: 2000 km range, 100 km fuel consumption 3.4L
Seal 07 DM-i offers two powertrain options: 74 kW 1.5-liter engine with 160 kW motor, and 115 kW turbocharged 1.5-litre engine with 200 kW motor。
BYD unveiled two new cars tonight: Seal 07 DM-i and 2025 Seal EV。Seal 07 DM-i is a new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) with fifth-generation DM technology。Sold between 139,800 yuan and 195,800 yuan (US $19,500 to 27,300), it will replace the existing Seal DM-i, thereby eliminating confusion about its identity。
- 广告 -The outstanding feature of Seal 07 DM-i is its advanced powertrain technology。It offers two options: 1 for light models.The 5-liter engine can produce 74 kW of power with a 160 kW electric motor; turbocharged for heavy-duty models 1.The 5-liter engine can produce 115 kW of power with a 200 kW electric motor。These power systems can provide impressive pure electric cruising range, with 70 km and 125 km CLTC cycles respectively, and a combined cruising range of 2000 km。BYD claims its fuel consumption is 3.4L / 100km。All models are equipped with BYD's blade battery using lithium iron phosphate chemical technology, which proves the car's cutting-edge technology。
The brand-new model adopts horizontal grille lines, and the appearance is brand-new。Seal 07 DM-i retains the dimensions of its predecessor, length 4980mm, width 1890mm, height 1495mm, wheelbase 2900mm。
