Online reports that the Polkadot community is passing Web3 Foundation Proposal No. 498, which aims to allocate 10 million DOTs from the treasury to consolidate Kusama as the premier hub for advanced Web3 technologies, including zero-knowledge (zk) innovation, art and character proof experiments. This fulfills a pre-release commitment to invest 1% of the original DOT supply (10 million DOT) to increase Kusama's value proposition.
