CZ: His EURI position may be related to Binanca

According to online reports, when a netizen asked about the EURI allocation plan for 0.17% of the position, Binance CZ said, I actually don't remember where this came from. I guess it has something to do with Binanca. Perhaps in the early days of Binanca, this was the currency used for consumption? Not sure.
