Coinbase urges the SEC to immediately file documents related to the ETH 2.0 investigation "
Coinbase filed a status report in its FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) lawsuit against the SEC, Internet reported. The report points out that previous SEC leadership only superficial searches for documents that should be made public during the ETH 2.0 investigation, while conducting large-scale supervision through subpoenas and litigation. Coinbase asked the court to order the SEC to conduct a full search and no longer delay providing required documents.
