On April 22, according to a chart shared by Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, a total of 72 crypto asset ETFs involving various topics such as XRP, Solana, Litecoin, Dogecoin and even "2x Melania" are currently filed with the US SEC and are awaiting approval or listing options. These include multiple spot and derivative ETF applications submitted by mainstream institutions such as Grayscale, Bitwise, and ProShares. 2025 is expected to become an intensive year for ETF approvals.
