Arthur Hayes asked Vitalik: Will you support rolling back Ethereum to help Bybit?
On February 22, BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes issued a post on the X platform questioning Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin about the theft of Bybit: "Would you support rolling back Ethereum to help Bybit?" Hayes added: "As an ETH whale holder, I believe ETH is no longer a currency after the 2016 The DAO hacker hard fork. If the community wanted to do it again, I would support it because we voted against immutability in 2016, so why not do it again?" He further pointed out: "No one has raised questions about the DeFi operation on CZ's computer (BNB), so why not question ETH (Vitalik Buterin's computer)?"
