The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has suspended the Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence of financial services provider Celtic Equities Management Pty Ltd for six months.。Suspension effective October 19, 2023。

Australian Securities and Investments Commission finds Celtic Equity Management failed in monitoring

• Submission of financial statements and audit reports for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 to 30 June 2022;
• payment of taxes on its outstanding Australian Securities and Investments Commission industry funds; and
• Payment of late payment penalty。

The regulator suspended Celtic Equity Management's AFS licence to give the company the opportunity to take the necessary steps to demonstrate that it is able to meet its outstanding compliance obligations.。

ASIC will consider revoking its license if, at the end of the suspension period, Celtic Equities Management still fails to meet its outstanding compliance obligations。

Celtic Equities Management Pty Ltd has AFS number 245486 and holds AFS licence 225216 since 11 December 2003。
