The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced that it has joined forces with Cypriot investment firm Titanedge Securities Ltd..reach a settlement。
The settlement relates to possible violations of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Act 2017.。More specifically, the investigation to reach a settlement involved assessing the company's compliance with Articles 25 (1) and 25 (3) of the Act between October 2022 and July 2023, as set out in Article 44 of the Commission's Entrustment Regulation (EU) 2017 / 565, regarding the general principles of providing information to customers。
The settlement with the company amounts to €90,000, which has already been paid by Titanedge Securities。
It is worth noting that the amount resulting from the settlement agreement will be calculated as Republic revenue (revenue) and does not constitute revenue for CySEC.。
