CySEC warns against 16 unauthorised investment firms
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued warnings to 16 unauthorised investment firms.
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued warnings today against 16 unauthorized investment firms.
The entities listed on the blacklist are operating through the following websites:
- prollitestockcapitol.com
- crossview.online
- freedomfxgroup.com
- al-olymptrade.com
- alloptionsint.com & client.alloptionsint.com
- xbmkfx.com
- ioption360.com
- recoveryoptionfx.com
- hengranltd.com
- safecap.io & client.safecap.io
- capitalstime.com
- trustvault.online
- smartestoption.live
- metaverxia.com
- amacap.eu
- alfacapitalinvests.com
CySEC points out that, according to Article 5 of Law 87(I)/2017, the above-mentioned websites do not belong to entities authorized to provide investment services and/or carry out investment activities.
The regulatory authority urges investors to consult their websites before engaging in business with investment firms to determine which entities are licensed to provide investment services and/or carry out investment activities.
