Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has revoked its CIF authorisation for Neo Premium Investments (NPI) Ltd。
The decision was taken at the CySEC meeting held on 23 October 2023, pursuant to section 8 (1) (a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Act 2017 and section 4 (7) of Directive DI87-05.。
The revocation of the license reflects the company's decision to expressly waive the authorization of the Cyprus Investment Company (CIF)。
Neo Premium Investments was formerly known as Concorde Investments (Cyprus) Limited。Previously, the company was called Skopalino Finance Ltd..via the domain name www.concordeinvestments.com and www.brokereo.com to conduct business。
