The company was authorized by the FCA on July 1, 2019 and has a Part 4A license to carry out the following regulated activities related to the designated investment business:
- Investment advice (except for pension transfers and pension withdrawals);
- Advising on P2P protocols;
- Advising on pension transfers and pension withdrawals;
- Consent to conduct regulated activities;
- arranging (facilitating) investment transactions;
- Making arrangements for investment transactions。
The Superintendence explained that the action was taken because the Superintendence did not believe that the company carried out regulated activities in connection with Part 4A licensing.。The cancellation of the license will take effect on February 9, 2024, and the company will no longer have a license to engage in any regulated activities.。
