Please note that starting from January 1, 2024, the Singapore government will impose a 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the above fees.Since the services provided by Moomoo SG are subject to GST at the current tax rate, GST will be levied on all relevant domestic and foreign fees, including but not limited to commissions, platform fees and exchange-related fees (applicable to Singapore tax residents).

According to guidance from the Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), a 9% GST applies to transactions settled on or after January 1, 2024.

Singapore Market (SG Market)

Stocks, ETFs, REITs, DLC, Warrants

In moomoo, Singapore, all fees for shares, ETFs, REITs, DLCs and warrants are paid in SGD.

1. Stocks, ETFs, REITs

  • Commission: The fee is 0.03% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 0.99 SGD per order, and is attributable to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte Ltd.
  • Platform fee: The fee is 0.03% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 0.99 SGD per order, and belongs to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte Ltd.

Please note that an order can be divided into multiple transactions, but only one fee will be charged.The transaction fees for valid orders before cancellation are settled based on the trading day.Transactions on the same trading day are regarded as one order, and transactions on different trading days are regarded as different orders and charged.

  • Other fees: The transaction fee is 0.0075% of the transaction amount; the clearing fee is 0.0325% of the transaction amount.Both belong to the SGX.

Among them, transaction fees denominated in other currencies will be charged based on the latest exchange rate, and Moomoo Financial Singapore Private Limited reserves the right to adjust the minimum fees based on the exchange rate.

  • Company operating change fees: Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte Ltd does not charge any processing fees for corporate actions in Singapore shares, however, any third party/exchange fees will still be charged accordingly.

  • Platform fee: fixed at US$0.99 per order and attributed to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte Ltd.

Hong Kong stocks

For Hong Kong stocks, Futu Niuniu supports two subscription methods: ordinary subscription and bank financing subscription. The former includes cash subscription and moomoo financing subscription.

Specifically, in ordinary subscriptions, cash subscriptions charge a subscription fee of HK$50 per order, which is attributable to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.;moomoo Financing Subscriptions charge moomoo financing interest, and the annual interest rate of the margin is the same as the annual interest rate of the Hong Kong stock margin account, both of which are 6.8%. Moreover, regardless of the outcome of the new share placement, margin interest is required.

The subscription fee for bank financing is attributable to the relevant bank and a subscription fee of HK$100 is charged for each order; the interest on bank financing varies based on margin interest per share; similarly, margin interest is payable regardless of the outcome of the new share placement.

However, the two subscription methods also have something in common: both charge the SFC transaction levy, FRC transaction levy, transaction fees and commissions (only charged when the transaction is successful); a 1.0085% profit charge; both are charged by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Accounting and Financial Reporting Bureau, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
