You can send files to XM via email or upload files through XM's member area。

To upload documents to verify your account, please follow the instructions below。

1.Access to "Member Area"

Log in to the XM portal

2.Go to Upload File

3.Upload a copy of a file

The two types of files you need to upload to verify your account are:

1. ID card - color copy of valid passport, driver's license, ID card, etc.
2. Proof of Address (Proof of Resident) - Recent utility bills, bank statements for the past 6 months, etc.

* XM validation of your files may take several days。
