Green Tea Group, a Chinese restaurant group, received a notification of overseas offering and listing filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its application for listing in Hong Kong. The company planned to issue up to 213 million ordinary shares in Hong Kong.
Moreover, Chinese snack company, THREE SQUIRRELS(300783.SZ) , planned to issue H-shares in Hong Kong, and the company is actively discussing with relevant intermediaries, with specific details yet to be finalized.
CIG(603083.SH) also disclosed its plan to issue H shares in Hong Kong, but the proposal is still subject to the approval of the shareholders' meeting, as well as domestic and overseas approvals and other procedures.
