ASX announces board changes: Wayne Byres joins, Yasmin Allen steps down

As Yasmin Allen prepares to retire after many years of service, ASX Limited (ASX) has announced a significant change to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Wayne Byres as a Non-Executive Director.
