ASIC revokes Suetonius's AFS license
ASIC has revoked Sydney financial services provider Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited's AFS licence。
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has revoked the Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence of Sydney financial services provider Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited.。
ASIC suspended Suetonius's Australian financial services licence from 17 November 2023 to 28 February 2024 to give the company the opportunity to file financial statements and audit reports for the period ending 30 June 2021 and 30 June 2022.。
As of February 29, 2024, Suetonius has yet to file financial statements and audit reports as of June 30, 2021, June 30, 2022 and now June 30, 2023。
Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited holds AFS licence no. 542772 since 18 June 2014。
