Reduced Commission

Saxo Markets has introduced what it calls "significant price cuts," cutting commission fees on the following stocks:

  • UK stocks
  • US stocks
  • ETP
  • ETF
  • Futures
  • Option

Saxo cuts commissions across the board, but how much less you will pay for trading through this broker will depend on which of Saxo's three account levels you belong to。

  • NEW COMMISSION RATIO OF 0 FOR CLASSIC ACCOUNT HOLDERS FOR U.S. STOCK TRADING.08%, the minimum bill fee was reduced to $1 from $5 previously。
  • Platinum customers and VIP customers will now each pay 0.05% and 0.03% Commission。
  • Classic account holders have a UK stock trading commission of 0.08%, minimum fare from 8.£00 down to 3.00 pounds。
  • Platinum customers and VIP customers will again pay 0 each.05% and 0.03% Commission。

    Customer Asset Milestone

Saxo exceeds 1 million customers in 2023, with customer assets reaching $100 billion。In addition, Saxo has been designated by regulators as a systemically important financial institution and has received an investment grade / BBB rating from S & P Global Ratings.。

Commenting on the fee reduction, Saxo founder and CEO Kim Fournais said: "Investors are increasingly demanding the overall investment experience, and cross-market and cross-product trading on the award-winning multi-asset platform has been Saxo's core strength.。With lower prices and fees, asset class diversification becomes easier and more attractive, which is essential for any healthy and profitable portfolio。Diversification is the 'only free lunch "in investing。"

    Competitive Price = Better Return

Lower fees help improve investment returns, but these benefits apply primarily to long-term investment returns, not short-term transactions。

Still, lower fees do lower the break-even point and may help traders turn a profit faster。Of course, it also becomes more cost-effective to withdraw or cancel a transaction。

Typically, when brokers cut commissions, they want to make up for the lack of revenue by increasing trading volume。

Saxo is keen to stress that trading shares through its platform is now cheaper than those of rivals Hargreaves Lansdown, AJ Bell and IG Group。

A recent update from CMC Markets said the company raised its full-year operating income forecast by + 10 due to increased volatility and improved customer demand..More than 00%。This suggests that we may have seen a bottom in retail trading activity。

Saxo no doubt hopes that its new, more streamlined rate card will allow it to benefit from a new round of retail trading enthusiasm.。
