For Overseas Customers

This service is applicable to overseas customers with a Hong Kong bank account. To open an account, the first transfer from the Hong Kong bank account with the same name must be no less than HK$10,000 or equivalent to US$1,500. Customers need to provide their own identification documents and Hong Kong bank card, and complete the online submission of account opening information.

ZR Securities Deposit

ZR Securities supports multiple deposit methods including eDDA, Faster Payment System (FPS), online banking transfer, ATM/counter transfers, etc. Some deposit methods require notifying ZR Securities of the payment. If no notification is made within 20 days, the bank may refund the payment. Supported currencies for deposits include Hong Kong dollars, US dollars, and offshore Renminbi. Upon fund arrival, real-time currency exchange between different currencies is supported.

Please Note:

• The bank account used for transfer must match the name on the ZR Securities account. Using a third-party bank account for transfer will result in the customer bearing any refund charges incurred.
• Backend processing of transfer requests between banks takes time. Notification from the bank stating "transferred out" does not mean funds have been received. Upon receipt, funds require settlement and approval. During Hong Kong public holidays, banks and ZR Securities do not process deposit transactions, so please plan accordingly.
• ZR Securities may reject deposits to safeguard your funds and for compliance reasons (such as special channels and country risks). In such cases, customers will be notified and funds will be returned through the original or alternative methods.
