Applicable to Mainland China customers, hold your ID card + your Mainland bank card + your Hong Kong bank card and submit the account opening online to complete. 

1. Enter "Mobile Phone Number", receive "Verification Code" and check "Please read and agree to the User Agreement", click "Login/Register".

(1) Choose to prove the account opening method for stock customers

    Proof of account with Hong Kong or other overseas brokerage firms is required, and the requirements for proof of account are listed below:

    a. Proof of account can be uploaded in the form of daily/monthly statement of Hong Kong or other overseas brokerage firms, proof of account opening and other materials.

    b. The uploaded proof of account should clearly show the name of the brokerage firm, the date of issue, the name of the person and the account number.

    c. The uploaded daily/monthly statement should be valid for 6 months.

    d. A maximum of 3 supporting documents can be uploaded

(2) Select your current location in Hong Kong to open an account

Requirements for cell phone positioning in Hong Kong, and need to upload proof of entry into Hong Kong or other proof of legal stay in Hong Kong, if the cell phone positioning is not in Hong Kong can not choose this way to open accounts.

After uploading the information required by the above two methods, you will officially enter the account opening step:

Appointment witness account opening need to personally carry mainland ID card, Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permit, entry certificate related documents, in person to the Choray Securities Hong Kong company, in the staff witness account opening, the following is the relevant process:

2. Initiating deposit notification

Some deposit methods need to notify AppoTech of the receipt of funds. If it takes more than 20 days to initiate the deposit notification, it may be refunded by the bank. 

3. What currencies does Zircon Securities support?

Zircon Securities support deposit in HKD, USD and offshore RMB, and we support instant exchange of different currencies after the funds are deposited into the account of Zircon Securities.

Warm tips:

1. The name of the bank account used for transferring funds must be the same name as the account name of Zircon Securities, and you cannot use other people's bank accounts for transferring funds, or else the refund costs incurred will be borne by the customers themselves.
2. It takes a certain amount of time for the backstage of the bank to process the transfer application, and the bank's notification that the funds have been transferred does not mean that the funds have been received by Zircon Securities. Funds need to be settled and approved after the funds arrive at ARROW Securities. Both the bank and the Jorui do not process deposits on Hong Kong holidays, so please reserve a good time for the processing of deposits.

2. How to deposit funds using FPS Transfer Express?

Tips: Customers do not need to use their mobile phone number or email address to register for FPS in order to transfer funds via the FPS identification code of Appreciate Securities.

(3) Return to Zircon to initiate deposit notification

Notify the customer that the funds have been received by the customer: Deposit notification will be sent in the App after the transfer is successful. If the deposit notification has not been initiated for more than 20 days, it may be refunded by the bank.

3. APP Deposit Procedure

Select the currency of transfer > Select the transfer bank under your name > Select the transfer method > Upload your transfer information (transfer bank card, amount, vouchers, etc).

(1) Settlement Time

FPS transfer currently only supports Hong Kong Dollar deposits, the following is the FPS Hong Kong Dollar transfer deposit arrival time.

• For Hong Kong local interbank transfers that are not express transfers, it normally takes 1-3 working days for the bank to process the transfer.
• For Hong Kong local interbank transfers, both banks may charge a handling fee.
• Please check with your transferring bank and ensure that this information is transmitted from the transferring bank to the receiving bank, otherwise the transfer may be returned. Otherwise, the transfer may be reversed. AppoTech is not responsible for any loss of handling fee due to failure to transmit the account name information to the beneficiary bank.
