同期，该公司也没有向贸易报告和合规引擎（TRACE）报告约155，000笔符合TRACE资格的证券交易（如FINRA规则6710（a）所定义）的无薪酬（NR）指标，违反了FINRA规则6730（d）和2010。

此外，从2016年7月到2021年5月，该公司未能建立和维护合理设计的监督系统，以实现遵守MSRB规则G-14和FINRA规则6730，分别违反了MSRB规则G-27和FINRA规则3110和2010。

除了15万美元的罚款外，该公司还同意接受谴责。
