The winning rate of return was 4.810%, compared with 4.632% last time. The bid multiple is 2.63 times, compared with 2.78 times the previous time. The winning rate of primary dealers was 17%, compared with 8.8% last time. Direct bidders won the bid by 12.3%, compared with 22.4% last time.
