Binance responded to ZEC withdrawal questions: The ZEC application using Ledger experienced a technical failure and is expected to resume before April 17
According to online reports, Binance Customer Support responded to users 'questions about ZEC withdrawals on social platforms, saying,"We have noticed that some users have encountered problems withdrawing ZEC assets from Binance accounts. This problem stems from a technical failure while using Ledger's ZEC application, which temporarily prevented some funds from being transferred out. Currently, all funds are still safely stored in cold wallets, and user assets are safe (SAFU). We are working closely with the Ledger team to actively push for problem fixes and are very grateful for their support. Currently, they have prioritized the release of relevant versions and expect to complete the update before April 17, when we will gradually restore ZEC's withdrawal function. At the same time, we are also actively exploring temporary solutions to minimize the impact of this issue on users."
