Internet reported that the yield on the two-year U.S. government bond fell to its lowest level since December 12 last year, falling 3.6 basis points within the day to 4.178%. The spread between U.S. 2-year and 10-year Treasury yields is the narrowest since December 23 and currently stands at 24.8 basis points.
