Ark Invest has sold $29 million worth of Block Inc stock in the past two days
Online reports that Cathie Wood's Ark Invest sold 526,991 shares of Block Inc. in the past two trading days. The company's latest trading documents showed that ARKK sold 203,659 shares of Block Inc. shares on Tuesday and 323,332 shares of the company on Monday. Block's shares closed up 1% at $55.29 on Tuesday. The payments company, led by Jack Dorsey, is down 36% so far this year. Block Inc. runs several businesses that play a key role in the cryptocurrency space, including its well-known subsidiary Cash App. According to The Block's stock dashboard, the mobile payment service allows users to transfer money and participate in the buying, selling and holding of bitcoins.
