According to online reports, Ethereum Rollup deployment platform Caldera announced the strategic acquisition of Hook. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. The latter is the development team behind the Hook Odyssey agreement, which is a perpetual futures Rollup focusing on memecoin and NFT. It is reported that the addition of the Hook team will bring Caldera's employees to 20, mainly in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
