JPMorgan Chase: 71% of institutional traders do not plan to trade cryptocurrencies this year

Internet reports that in JPMorgan's electronic trading survey of institutional traders, more than 70% of respondents said they do not plan to trade cryptocurrencies this year. A January survey of institutional traders by Wall Street giant JPMorgan Chase showed: "Most traders have no plans to trade cryptocurrencies." The results show that this proportion has dropped from 78% in 2024 to 71% in 2025. The survey also found that 16% plan to trade cryptocurrencies this year, and 13% said they are already trading cryptocurrencies. Both numbers are higher than in 2024.
